Help needed my headlight and side lights come on when ignition is turned on but the lights are off at the switch van is a 2013 sub 280 125 but if I use the light switch the dash lights light up ????

It's a stage 5 emissions,so the lights are Daytime running lamps,it's normal.

Yeah,no dash or number plate lamps I think,till you turn to sidelight or headlight position on switch.
I automatically flick the switch to sidelights to kill the headlight,saves confusion when people think you've flashed them..,
