heater problem

Hi, I have a 2009 tourneo 9 seater on which the heater is constantly blowing hot. Can't turn the heat off. The kids are saute'ing in their own juices 'cos there are no windows in the back that open.
The fan works fine. Any ideas?

Hi, yes, it has A/C. I had to buy a new compressor for it last year as it had siezed, but there is also a hole in one of the pipes so there is no gas in it. The garage said that it woldn't affect anything apart from not having A/C, and Im saving to get the pipe replaced (pricey job).

As a temp fix .... If you go under bonnet and where heater pipes go thru bulk head youll see a water diverter actuator power by vacum pipe, pull pipe of and put small screw to block pipe and that should divert hot water from heater, had to do same myself
