Ford transit 2001 2.4 tddi problem

Hello i have problem with for transit engine wont start and i have p1664 p1665 code on diagnostic tool,and when i check the fuel pump connector i have on pin 7, 12 volts but only for a second. Can you help me?

have you changed the fuel pump relay
does the van run on easy start then cut out ?
