1999 transit Tipper Deck

The one inch pivot bar for tipping has seized in the 2 right hand bosses and sheared off.

we ( my son and !) are drilling out the broken pieces. What we have found is with lifting the deck to access the inside boss the deck has moved away from the cab by 1/2 inch, we are not able to push it back. Is it the ram that could be stopping us. any advice would be very welcome. thank you

It was the ram being hydraulically locked, we disconnected the connection at the pump, as we jacked the deck oil came out allowing the deck to move.


New one inch bar fitted and new grease nipples fitted
