Either fault find the break in the cable between the wear sensors or bridge speedo pins 15 and 18 to disable it permanently.

I found that it breaks at the drivers side rear connector on the axle but can break anywhere along the 4 wheels connectors.

It is basically 1 wire that goes from the speedo to all 4 wheels then back to ground and when there is a break then the speedo sees open circuit and turns the warning lamp on. Very simple setup

Wiring was broken on mine, front sensor, just at the plug under the arch.

It's because ford use cheese to insulate the wires

We had this problem, just our luck it came on when it was being MOT'd. After crawling under the vehicle checking brake pads and wiring, it was just a bit of oxidation in the front sensor plug/socket.

Yes can be a few things, I've even replaced pads and when plugging in the new loom connector 1 of the pins was bent and it clipped shut but obviously open circuit :?
