not a lot of times, but I know a certain woman who skirts (no pun intended) around the issue every time I mention it.

so before it causes a domestic, is it as simple as disconecting the battery again, or am I not that lucky

I seem to remember that there is a way of getting 3 more attempts but it's not a simple as disconnecting the battery. It is on the site somewhere.

i had one lock up although it was one of the earlier ones - i had to leave it for ages (hours) with the power on then it allowed me to have another go

It was a combination of buttons I think. Like I say it's on here somewhere.

just used the search button, seems leaving it on for 1/2 hour has given 1 more attempt, now all I need is the right code (and keep the wife away)

done it, push and hold number six, turn on ignition (with radio turned off on ignition) hold for a few seconds, CODE ---- comes up. Happy days
