Remote control mhz

I have a 2013 transit lwb, i have chi key but no remote, how do i find the mhz of the van to get the correct remote control to program with my topdon t-ninja pro key programmer?

I'm pretty sure its 433 Mhz

Thank you, also have a tipper 2.4 diesel registering 315mhz so they arent compatible to swap keys frequencies> ?
