Hi, just wondered where you got the injectors from??? do you have a part number for them?? there seems to be 2 different types for the 100ps engine??

Yes there are two that look like they're the same.The ones they suggested and work are 33710R.
The more you turn the fuel up the more power it kicks out. I think my pump is tunned in three and a half turns from standard on the overall screw at the back of the pump. Hope this helps :D

Just an update on this thread.

When I advanced the pump timing after fitting the new pump there was a little more advance on the slots of the pump pully. I decided today to move the pump timing to the very end of the slots. After doing so the the tick over had increased and the engine sounded even more crisp. To bring the tick over down I have turned the over all screw at the back of the pump out a quarter of a turn. I've not driven it as yet but fingers crossed it might be a bit better on fuel 8)

i have the 85 ps engine on a 146 pump goes well (in my mk2 transit)
i advanced my pump timing it made my engine hard to start and rought sounding on reving it?
so i put it back to standard timing any ideas why ?
