just do the tensioner and maybe the chain guide blades if worn.
the chain will be fine.

I am pretty sure that ford do not have a set replacement interval for the chain however as said replacement of the tensioner and any worn guides every 50-60k is advised or as soon as any start up rattle is present. As winterheating said the chain itself should be fine but if the tensioner weakens then the timing may jump causing a large repair bill.

I have the same model and on starting up the chain has jumped, garage has told me that engine is goosed but not even sure he has had it stripped down. Is it as cheap to replace engine or get someone to strip it down and check first
