When i was at the backbone cruise i heard somone saying the Transit Van Club would try to use its influence with ford to convince them to start re-manufacture old transit panels!

Any news on this Peter? is it likely or is it just wishfull thinking!!! :?:

Peter is down at Fords all week for the 5 millionth celetrations so probably won't be online for the rest of the week.

No I think it's some time in October but the one for the press came off about 3 times this week!

You are right that it came off the line twice on Monday and once on Tuesday, different groups of press, but it also came off the line last Thursday for the Sun newspaper.

I dont think its taking the p*ss- can I have a mk1 bodyshell too? in fact, why not try and persuade ford to make them this shape again? but with modern engines? I'd have one.
