You need to have Java installed.

What version of Windows do you have bigmac?

You could download Java but you should already have microsoft Java pluging, try running windows update if you have windows XP.

The trouble is Peter Lee has been playing and although he is able to access everything on his system that doesn't mean that everyone else can, whenever I go on there it crashes my PC.

Well do you get all the buttons down the left hand side? If not then you don't have Java!
