Cheers mate, she slowly getting there, get the axle painted black tomorrow and put back in so I can jack up van and move blocks further back so can start repairing inner sills. Need them done so can weld arches and lower panels to them, shitting myself about doing body work, might try find someone to come give me a hand

Started on o/s inner sill tonight at the rear, using 2 mm plate, surely it will last and its easier to weld to than 1mm, I tied it into the front spring hanger I welded up last week. Had to cut quite alot out to get to clean metal and the higher you go up the sill it ain't flush so alot of hammering to get metal touching so it can be welded, not easy welding etc lying on your back

2mm plate everywhere underneath is the way forward :!: even if you left it bare it would last years, ive used it on the chassis and floor of my truck and it'll last longer than i will :!: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Bottom of arches repaired, floor finished and painted with some white paint left over from tractor wheels
