Defo loving the black wheels much cleaner looking...
Turned the pa amp back up earlier...
Turned the pre gain up fully then turned final stage up as much as Poss (actually i smoked the potentiometer on the final stage but Luckily the pot was sane as pre stage so I pinched the pot from pre stage, hard wired for full gain then soldered that pot in place of the burnt out pot)...
Bit of bush electronics but it works !!!

Next job, re attach top mesh grill that wee me popped.

Pulled seats out the back too in readiness for weds!

Tourneo rear folder seats roughly in place but Need to properly bolt up stuff, had to stop cis im now awaiting a filling in my tooth in dentist as i type...
Only drama may be getting the rear shackles that bolt to floor as currently the bolts seem to be in a cross member...ffs.
Prob have to pull em back 3 inches or so or forward 2 but Hey not a real problem...
Guys cqn i just put longer bolts all the way thru floor and cross member??

Will have a few seats up fpr sale soon if any one wants a triple bench or a front double seat!!

I put a tourneo rear folding bench in mine rob, and didn't have any problems with the bolts hitting anything... the mounting points aligned pretty much exactly with where they would be on a mid row.

Its suprisingly comfy to sleep on too!

I had 3 flat ish shapes the same as the base feet so Thats where i bolted em up! The rear 2 shakles are the ones i was asking aboir...
I figured as there was alreafy holes in the lower member thing midway under van 4 more holes wont hurt...
Nice long coach Bolts all the way thru to hold shackles...

Hopefully not just done a major boo boo but It was that or cut big holes fit nut and weld patch over the member!

Even got as far as Pulling 2 bolts up into the side walls to attach seat belt just begind the sld...there was no way i would get a nut up there AND hold un place to bolt up so i cheated and reversed it so bolt sticks out and seat belt attaches with nylock nuts. Fkn touch!
Bolts may need shorrtening but Thats easy bit...
So Finally after 4 years i will soon be able to carry 5 passengers...with seat belts all round. Wahoo !

Just got sime 150mm coach bolts as the others were about a foot too long, one shackle totally bolted up now.

Postman brought joy today... will post pix up soon....

Nice... 6 vectra v6 injectors now next to the gunson 3 pin fault code reader(which i gotta figure out how to connect lol)

So i will be fitting the injectors at transitmania and thats booked too now!

So Latest drama was in way back from fordfair kept loosing a cylinder, engine working harder, foot dpwn more to stay at same speed engine noisier and smell of fuel...

Will have to check for leaks in pipework etc, might even be injector seal or summit...
Just need some time to have a look now !!!
