Only 1.4 & 1.6...

1.8 and 2.0 use MTX75 as well. I think the diff ratio is different though

Connects TDDI/TDCI gearbox won't bolt onto Focus 1.8/2.0 petrol engine.
Different clutch housing - Starter motor is at the bottom front on diesels & top back on petrol

2.0 ST170 uses a 6 speed MT285 gearbox (getrag)

cheers Matt! I'm going to stick with what I've got till its all in and running then start swapping stuff out, Ideally I'd like a box with an LSD, I used to have and 1800 cvh turbo in a MK5 escort van and the RS box had an LSD, do and of the boxes that fit zetec's have them??

Bit more done, stripped down the connect struts to fit MK3 Mondeo calipers with 300mm discs

Image

This lip has to be removed to make the carrier sit center on the disc

Image

Painted and ready to refit

Image

Focus ST dash fitted, some making good to do still but I like it way better than the connect one

Anyone know where I might find some wiring diagrams for a connect and a focus MK1? I've got everything plugged in that goes but now need to join the rest to the vans wiring
