exactly.... we have 2 on the street and they give the kids greif saying ours is gonna be better than your dads coz its going on pimp my ride and all ive got to say to that is YEAH RIGHT!!!!

picked up new shocks brakes pipes,shoes,cylinders today, 2 wheels and tyres so at least it don't look odd with just the one spare holding the arse up
Got some scaffold boards of a mate who (strangely enough) works for a scaffolding firm the cross supports (4 of em) will be easy enough to replace after stripping the bed the side beam will be the hard part it came off a cargo recovery body so need to find who makes it, anyone have any ideas? i'll get pics up of the cross section when i hacksaw a bit off tomorrow

My Mrs always says "What comes around goes around" probably are kids that have done this. They are ignorant to the fact of how much time effort and money go in to creating something to be proud of, they are young and will learn.

Don't be beat by this. It appears you are getting on with repair which is the right thing to do. Make it bigger, better and more beautiful than before

Well said fmr, totally agrre. My plan for punishment for these little scroats is as soon as they register thier first car, have a policeman go round with a REALLY big hammer, ring on the bell, and have them WATCH whilst the copper kicks ten barrels out of the car. The punishment will then fit the crime. And as it's a punishment sentance, no insurance claim.

I don't have any competition, i only use the truck as a sort of hobby, all i do is take away scrappers every now and then or drop the occasional old ford off for mates on other forums.
The most i do is get an old car strip the juicy bits off for ebay and weigh em in, it spends most of it's time parked up.
I'd say it wasn't kids it was 3.30 AM usually it dicks on the way back from the local nightclub
