Yeah it will say that on the tin mate but if you have gone through to the metal either way you really need to use zinc primer flat it with wet & dry and then white primer or that rust is gonna come back in no time

nor would i but id definately get a load of waxoyl or similar injected into those repairs to save having to do them again in a couple of years.

i see your keeping the drive and pavement clean then nice bit of primer on the front beam

try resizing the pics to 1024 x 768 or set your camera to take pics of that size

You would be better just setting the upload size limit on photobucket when you upload the images.
