Oppinions please on colours

im after painting the van a dark colour thats a bit different

my wheels are Mazda ebony radiant which is black flipping to dark red

now i need to decide on the rest of the van

so far iv come up with the mazda colour all over

or

Midnight purple

do like the midnight purple but how about jewel violet(escort cosworth monte carlo colour) or hot magenta(new fez/ka colour) or as you like purple, purple violet (found on mk1 escort 1300E's) just to name a few

what about cadburys purple that was very popular in the 90s, not sure if that was its proper name, but it adorned every other ford you saw round our way!!

had a change of plan for the booster heater,

ordered the factory mounting bracket, pipes and fuel lines, only about £150 from ford and should look factory 8)

The paint on that skyline looks amazing, imagine that on your 200, thats my vote for sure :D

all the pipework is now here, basically got all the pipes from the engine to under the passenger seat,

got factory fit pipe for the thermostat to auxilary heater and the hose from that back to the engine, got the 2 pipes that fit the heater to the van. one of these T's to the rear heater.

should get most of it in tomorrow and up and working, just need to find out where the return from the rear heater goes back too so i can order the pipe :roll:

for reference the heater feed pipe is cut and the aux heater goes inline there, iv now discovered that theres a lot of room down the N/S of the engine and its just a strait run of pipe 8)

well me eber has died :( AGAIN :( :(

was diagnosed as a faulty ECU due to a wiring fault, new ecu fitted and it does less now than with a burnt out one :(

Hopefully its the wrong ecu and it can be sorted and sold on

so as it stands

eber £500
ECU £360

now ordered a brand new heater to get things sorted and il decide what to do with the old dead one

5ltrs of laquer and hardener
5ltrs of thinners

3 different pearls in the purple
