It's looking good mate, won't be long now till it's finished.
I take it you've decided on kitting it out for valeting, will you be getting it stickered up?
Blue 1998 Ford transit 2.5di 70ps 120 swb low roof Mk5 with 5 seats. 1.5 turns on pump, egr butterfly removed and a stainless steel Urban X funnel air filter fitted. Now happily burning SVO.

doing your van out like my first car wash van :wink: you fixing your tank to the floor or filling it with summit to stop the water sloshing ?

when i done my old van out like that wasnt long before i had a shed loads of probs with the rear floor ended up scrapping that van and bought a mk4 fridge van ripping the fridge unit out and kept the fibre glass floor and walls never had any rust on that van from water spilling out or any wee chemical accidents :lol:

stayed solid outside rusted away but the back was still mint :wink: i would put a big rubber mat in the back to stop any water damage with a purpose made water let hole.

sorry if this is stuff ya already know but if ya need any advice pm me got a few wee hints if it will help ya :wink:
