Picked van up fri evening,well happy with result. Just a few little jobs to do till i'm 100% happy 8) 8)

All leaks sorted, cured oil leak, then water leak appeared so me and mr browny sorted all the leaks, now fookin carb don't wanna play :evil: :evil:

Tried the big hammer tatic and it all sorted now, 100% better, pulls much better so hopefully everything is sorted for this year :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

only just spotted this thread, already know what a good job ya did tho m8 !! 8) 8)

Took it to a guy in waltham abbey, he stripped carb and found the pin that the floats pivot on sits on two arms, one of them was missing :shock: :shock: :shock: so put another top on, set timing and C/O and it runs sweeter than it ever has, need to road test properly now :wink: :wink:
