blanked off the EGR today and renoved the butterfly so it at least looks stock :?

there was loads of black gunk in the housing. so cleaned it out a bit. went for a drive in the thing and while it is slightly noisier than before. its like driving a differnet van :)

can anyone suggest what injectors to stick in this beast to improve the overall HP? not looking to fit a turbo to this one but if bigger injectors will improve things even further then injectors it will have!

If you need some contrast back there....A giant chrome chain spider web on the wall with a small spotlight aimed at it would make a great feature.............Clip on restraints would be optional

...You might be right about those snap clips  .....she probably secures her scooter to it with ratchet straps.

Superb web that.

The engine blanket is another way of reducing noise from the engine bay. i could go down the route of totally sound deadening the engien bay, but this should go a long ways to reduce the noise.

have a look at this link below and it will give more information and different sizes. i will be trying the sheet in the van and then moving it to its new home in the mondeo i am looking to get this week.

Once i have capeted the beast, would you like to be the designer of the interior accents?

'Interior accents' sounds as if you're referring to something subtle and tasteful.....I think I'm more the Minister in charge of tacky,gaudy.......and excessive
