No, would have loved to make that one but things are not in my favour for this weekend. I remember you talking about a saturday morning meet in a woods that you popped into, failing that i was thinking about coming to you or somewhere on sunday 19 may?

Newlands corner on the a25 near guildford give us a time to
meet you there. we go to a giant car boot sale on the a3
which is about 4 miles away,
let me know & i'l bring the switch & bezel with me.

Way cool, i think thats for the 19th then...i dont know if i can make car boot sale time but certainly if we look at late morning that would be great, maybe a camper lunch somewhere? Im sorry if im depleting your stocks...do i remember mention of a windscreen rubber too? :) cheeky i know :) will have a looksee at the maps...

I hadnt thought of this before a post earlier but anyone changed their engine mounts to reduce noise? Did it work? How many mounts are there on a 2.0 pinto? :) just a thought...

I was only joking when i said should i bring my landliner ?
Yes it would be great to meet up with any other Transit
lovers, campers or otherwise.
Engine mounts go hard as the years roll on so it might
just be a case of replacing them for new ones.
The later transit possible about 1995 engine mounts
should fit as i used them on my camper,
There is two engine mounts & one gearbox mount
which i would think very difficult to get hold of but
you might be able to addapt a later type one.
Will have a look when we meet up.
All the Best till we meet up.
ps will bring bits with me, don't know about screen
rubber at the moment.
