Ok so i just ordered a fuse holder and 2 60A link bars, and to be safe a 200a relay as it was only a few quid more than a pony 70a one that had SPADE terminals...
this one has two large bolts and nuts protruding from bottom so it'll be a more secure fixing !

will eventually find the thick cable i got its either in shed of dread or van locker ...

got a few spare switches so ill just need some spare time and ill be laughing, well tinkering!

 hoping the second pump the guy sends actually works ... finally had a play with it and nada, not even a spark.

to be fair the guy did say he'll send another straight away, and not to bother posting back...

on the up side i actually fitted that replacement exhaust stud

only about 9 days til we move house..... gonna be soooo busy til then, prob wont get to play in van til moved. :(

least ill have me own car park tho :P

On another note, will be collecting hopefully a working pas pump from the parcel place tomo, true to his word the guy sent another!!

Any one here confirm what my neighbour honestly believes ... pug/shitroen pas pump - 2 wires... one red one black ergo + and - .....

my mate reckons the motor has some sort of timer built in... i honestly seriously doubt it. think it was a duff pump hence it didnt work. will try holding power on for longer tomo but i was expecting a big ish spark and a motor spinning sound and associated twist of casing as torque happens...

i guess ioll find out tomo

OH HAPPY DAYS :P

the replacement pas pump, not only sparks on contact, but twists too and squirts!!!

just need to get over to burnt mills to the hydraulic place and get a "saxo pump to transit rack hp feed pipe" made up. theres a great perch for the pump to be fitted on. possibly with some hench U bolts perhaps, there s even 4 holes in roughly the right place... touch! :D

next pix should be in new garden....... :D :D :D
