gotta try and find time to upload some pics to photobucket
so far engines been removed, bulkhead and floor cut out
lexus ls400 I bought with cam belt probs now has had new belt kit, water pump and tensioner
and fired up first turn of the key (not bad considering me or my eldest son martin never done cam belt on anything before)
waiting now for the guy whos doing wiring to come and un wire everything (weathers been so crap lately)
so hopefully by end of month should be some progress in fitting onto chassis
once engines fitted and running total rebuild of bodywork for new season and paint
then theres just interior to do helped by finally finding my old white van and stripping for spares as was too rotten to rebuils
and still having the 7 90 spec rs turbo recaros still in exelent condition
loadsa pics on facebook
if its got tits or wheels its always gonna end in trouble !!!
anyone can restore a van but it takes a real man to chop it up !!!
