It's not a thing to describe on a thread or P.M.

Do a search on the 'net.....

corsa system is easy to fit. i might miss a few bits here

1. remove steering wheel and indictor stalk
2. mark where outer sleeve of column comes threw the bulkhead grommet
3. remove and cut sleeve and refit the sleeve to steering box and so grommet holds it at bulhead
4. with steering shaft now exposed, measure length of corsa PAS from splined end to the end which universal joint fits (fit the corsa universal joint) and measure to where the steering shaft would need to go into the universal joint
5. measure it again
6. measure it again
7. then measure the same distance on the exposed shaft of van from splined end down
8. measure it again
9. measure it again
10. now cut it off, now grind a squared end onto shaft of van so corsa universal joint will fit it, (i welded mine on aswell as pinch bolt)
11. i had to cut braket of pedal box to where steering column bolts onto dash
12. now modify bracket on back of PAS to meet the pedal box, i welded mine together
13. i was lucky the top corsa holes mated to the orginal transit holes at dash
14. wiring you need a mk2 mania control kit, very easy to wire up and adjust

thats a rough guide, just measure it over again and think about what your doing before you cut

I'm thinking of putting my van up for sale, not sure what to ask for it. Whats a mk1 transit with a genuine 44k miles worth? in the condition mine is in

im actually making a mk2 model kit with the same livery as yours.
could i please ask what the paint colour or code is you used on the wheels please?
