Got some aluminium for the floor for a good price. Also created an air inlet for the ofen / a vent for the car that can be closed. It's made of drain and has an additional plug. The flap is made of stainless steel from a tractor exhaust heat-shield Also used this one for the modded stove-pipe.
More work done.. Rear door is now fully insulated and covered with OSB3. Created a second floor on the inside to have the feet more comfortable when sitting and also using the space better. Recovery tracks mounts as well as another box on the roof rack added.
Little bit of an underfloor greywater-tank. Just for short showers, 10L. This should be enough for 2-3 washs, as the shower is still just a makeshift. Not yet connected.
Well, now we are with 3 I also would like to see some pictures of your interior

Btw, how many bars of airpressure do you have on your tires? On mine there's a sticker 3.25 bar rear, 2.3 bar front which seems way to less to me... I am usually driving at 3.5 and 2.5, right now 4.0 and 3.0 as I got a lot of load.
I stick to the pressure that was painted on the ambulance body. On the rubber of the tires is usually besides the size, also the max. load and pressure indicated.

So now a few more pics from the van. Right now I am travelling, so not so much to work on the car here. Wheelbearings are not so good on heavy load, they get quiet hot..
Is it possible to let us (humble travelers in the West) known where you are Drill, pop revets, what went wrong? Enjoy!!

Hehe I put a Kamaz-Logo and removed the Ford one. Right now in Mongolia. Some probs with the unscrewing stabilizator-screws that need attention every 2 hours offroad driving. But I guess that's bormal with those tough 'roads'.
