Slow progress .....
Got a bit of insulating done
Image

picked up these for the back. Blacksmith making me some mounts next week,
Image

Fitted my new wheel, gearknob and floor mat. Also got rid of the thing on the top of the dash that the RAC put in and put the proper cup holder in. Have some holes to fix now.
Image

I tracked the van at work and looking at the readings it looks like the axle is pi**ed not had chance to look into that yet though
Image

Hoping to get it lined out in the next week or so then get the seats in. After a swivel base for the front passenger seat if anyone has one they want to sell.

A product called bumpersoft may work on dash holes , I use it on other black plastic parts and it's ok.

It's a hunter wheel alignment system. It's really good as long as you have someone who knows how to operate it properly. If you go to http://www.alignmycar.co.uk they can tell you your local one. Most things aren't adjustable on a transit but it does give you a picture of how it's sitting and why it might be pulling. I'd offer to put it on our machine for you but it would cost you more in fuel than the cost of the alignment.

No, unfortunately it isn't really going to work with what I've got planned for the back. Shame really as they are pretty cool....

Nice looking van Mate, mine is a '57 plate version with about 89k on the clock, same thing, used inside the M25.

Went to the boys in Halifax for my diff too, they're good guys eh :?:

Just bought a wheel like yours, did the cruise work OK after you fitted it :?:
T330 RWD now sold
Ford Ranger Wildtrack now sold

MI 5 sacked me from my job as an interrogator this morning, didn't like to ask why :?

No, the cruise doesn't work. I didn't expect it to really. Think I need the upgraded clocks for that ? Trying to avoid looking into that too much for the minute. I have plenty of other jobs to be getting on with for now ! Yeah I went to transaxle services.... Really pleased with the ratio change. Though it is whining a bit so I'll have to pop back and see what they think. Was your service history more parking tickets than anything else as well ? lol.
