Had a busy day today, been to the junkyard and got injector leak back pipe, injector/rocker cover seals and a pas/water pump belt cover
WP_20170823_12_20_33_Pro.jpg

Then the injector overhaul started with the help of a vice
WP_20170823_13_19_14_Pro.jpg

Removed the tip, sprayed cleaner through the nozzle and swapped the control bits over with the new ones (I did 1 injector at a time and put it back in)
WP_20170823_14_34_58_Pro.jpg

All 4 done, cleaned and back in the van
WP_20170823_16_15_59_Pro.jpg

WP_20170823_16_16_04_Pro.jpg

Now it wont bloody start, got fuel to all 4 injectors, fuel filter is full so I have either done something wrong or broke my van, trouble is my son moved the injectors with my valve things in and now I don't know which one was for each injector  Bloody typical, bloody ford. N

Split the headlights and gave them a good clean in and out, also added some red LEDs (for show only)

Now its back up and running I can carry on with the modification :D

First priority is to get the bloody wheels balanced, it shakes like a shitting dog at 50 - 60 mph

Need to stick a post it note on the windscreen to remind me I have another gear, 5th

Now I have my vice I might change the drivers side front wheel bearing,
passenger side rear wheel bearing and passenger side front abs sensor both need replacing

I have been looking at that vinyl wrap stuff for the blue parts of the dash and maybe the carbon fibre effect stuff for the door cards, is it easy to use.

Funny enough I have never witnessed that either, its one of them saying my dad used to say along with,
Its as long as it is broad,
Stop crying or I'll give you something to cry for,
Ask your mother,
Av you got my psv badge again,

And my favourite,
