Once again things are as hectic as always, however ive been at it like a headless chicken and things are really starting to take form
Managed to get her through MOT. Took quite a bit of work but i think it was worth it as she drives like a dream and returns 25-30mpg, depending wether the wife is in the passenger seat or not
Insulated the floor and put some carpet down, only cheapo but it will do for now. I'm sure er indoors will cover the place in 'orrible lady stuff.
Also removed the existing ply lining and insulated behind their too

El cheapo base unit from Wickes with some 12.5mm ply for a worktop, insert power tools and a brew...
The bed frame is made of 2 x 4, wife is a big lass
just a simple frame with 5.5mm ply screwed to the top.
I ended up adding a middle support to the bed, but i haven't got a picture of that yet.

With some remaining plywood i easily made some doors for the storage under the bed. Again cheap and cheerful but they seem to work for now.
The base unit has now had its legs removed, as im 5ft 9" i was a bit hunched using the worktop.
Proof that women can't leave anything alone ^.^
