Not on tickoveri can't do it, but when under load it knocks/taps at certain revs, on rare occasions it disappears and i think the engine has stopped, i think the engine should be quiet all of the time tho.

And it is 1 knock/tap as in 1 of 4 if it is an injector or rocker.

Yes I make one ..but its all clean and filled up ready to go to Weston super mare for the show on Sunday so I am not allowed to mess with it till it gets back I'll do it on Monday

well it has 4 separate injection pumps
Modular engine init you can get it in 2,3,4and 6 cylinder
Just keep weldin pots on the end

That's easy with common Rail just a few more wires n stuff no expensive five pot injection pump to make .....

Yes seatbelt lol, sounds very smooth and quiet, mine was with the windows closed etc and noisy as fook, got mused post which i think was the injector which will be Monday i think.

Fitted the new passenger wiper motor and adjusted it so now it isn't fouling the end of the screen and the bonnet

Weekend of truth I'm going to fit the injector i bought for 45 pounds

I've been all through ids and on live data and can't see anything relevant to manually learning injectors and typical Ford,.

And i then swapped number 1 injector over and put it's correction factors in but alas it didn't evict woody, 3 more to try.
I have a feeling i should remove all 4 and the rocker cover to check the moving bits up there before swapping injectors over.

Put the 45 pounds injector into cylinder 2 and coded it in, where's woody gone? There's no singular knocking evident, still a gruff when you accelerate but really different now.

Will have to leave it there till morning when the engine is cold, haven't done any resets or anything but it sounds promising, what next tho? Put number 2 back in then back to ford, hey Pedro check all 4 injectors and replace any fooked ones?
