It would appear that cutting the end of the exhaust off to measure it . ,(you know the bit that points down to keep hot gases away from the plastic bumper ) has made the bumper melt a bit
So as soon as I finish this can of spesh I will turn the empty tin into a alcoholic deflector to stop any more melting :o

Is this exhausts diameter much bigger than what is fitted? Have you spoken to puma engineers to find out the flow rate required to allow the correct back pressure? Have you informed your insurance and dvla? Is there a fire extinguisher bolted close by with a safety certificate and do you have the correct fire training to use it?
Will the emissions decrease the fuel economy and efficiency of the diesel particulate systems? Have you informed the relevant government bodies about this? Is the exhaust type approved for use on public roads?

There's a lot more to it these days you can't just weld something on and away you go. :?

I think I've solved the mirror conundrum and it may just be 1 solitary relay required, done some tests but need a few more.

That's when i inform the right............
And acquire the right..........

 its the same outside diameter as standard (60mm ) just splits in to 2
Carefully gas flowed by allcock engineer's ass gas dynamics department

Have you looked up your exhaust btw there's no black sooty stuff mines all shiny and clean

Just a relay for the mirror job ? So I don't need to order that thing from China :P
