Been Spendin

Postby pclarejnr » Sun Apr 16, 2017 12:13 am

Hey Guys,

I've had a few Transit's in the past and visited the site regularly (in the shadows), I have now been and spent some of my hard earned pennies on a Limited Minibus which I will hopefully fit a light bar behind the grill but generally keep stock, if you have any tips for preventative maintenance please feel free to point me in the general direction.

It has 187k and has a slight rattle when cold, I start it and run it for about 5mins then turn off and back on which eliminates the rattle (I'm presuming it's the oil pressure tensioner) so I'll get that done.

Other than that she's a beaut!

Pete

I have had the rears tinted too

Nice bus, the rattling on start up could be the timing chain guides and tensioner needing replacing. N

I think the wheels suit it and make a refreshing change to see different wheels other than sport van or st replica wheels. N
