polished up the grille and tcut some of the side, hard work on 1 leg! but it's getting there,

but then it makes the rust stand out more!!

I filled the really big hole with good old foam just for now to hide the sharp bits and hold it together!!!

The foam will hold water and speed up the rust even more

nice van mate how much did u manage to get that one for? I love the rear bumper I'd give you a good price for that if it'd fit mine, it looks like a torneo without the back windows, shame it's only got lap belts in the rear, that's what I want to do with mine have a second row of seats didn't realise you could sqeeze 4 in!!! bring her round and show me dude, i'm looking for some clear rear lights if you see any and of course more seats etc, what's the miles on your new one? is it the 2.5 epic?

Got my new rear lights through today, was so excited when i opened the first one and saw it, but when i got the second one out i nearly cried :cry:
