oh shi? really,,,, well now I spose I have made the rear arches about 2mm wider, so it's customised! just hope it blends in ok or I'll have to start again :( I only stuck it over after watching several videos and reading articles of people doing it, so hopefully it won't fall off, it seems strong enough,
toes crossed it'll be ok

a bit more done today, but weather been rubbish so had no enthusiasm even though my shed is dry!! I slapped a bit more filler in after spending ages making a piece to weld in the bottom! then I ground all the rust out of 1 rear door with wire brush on the grinder and as it wasn't too bad I filled the holes so hopefully I can get that looking like new and not have to do the ugly chequer plate repair!!
should have some pics tomorrow :)

then rubbed down and put red primer on

then this is the best bit ! I managed to get some radiant red on my arch, and I am fairly pleased with it, seeing as I'm no pro!!

Electrics out of the dash, redoing a ton or wiring, new dash clocks and warning lamps etc. headlight levelling, thinking of overhead console too. Problem is, my Son has brought a Mini and that really needs help  so Im not getting much time on the van at the moment...

Just waiting for some warm weather now, so that I can rip the back out, for a rebuild, still havent even touched the gearbox rebuild and I still want a new paint job.

Note to myself: buy more lottery tickets
