Is it because they have gone bit oval & binding ??
Also just had a look at Moto Mobil & the adjusters are NOT available

In theory, any garage near you should be able to tell you where they get their drums skimmed Vana.
In practice, you probably need to ask smaller garages, and garages dealing with truck / lorries.
4 companies here if you can find somewhere nearer to you.

Yes, I'm sorry, the MotoM have now sold out of adjusters.
However, they say " We regret, but we cannot deliver this item since we do not know a furnisher or manufacturer. But please do not abandon hope. As a logged-in user on our website you have the possibility to safe such items on your watchlist in the online shop area. As soon as the part is available again, you will automatically be informed."

Some came up on eBay a month or two ago.
Unfortunately they sold, but only on the second go.

I don't go a bundle on Moto mobile , iwas after some Mk3 shoe adjusters they started ouyt at about same money and then heard the blurb about can't get em anymore in end I think they wanted something like 2 to 3 hundred Euro !!
They can swivel, I found a brand new set for £20 and now have 2 spare second hand sets
