Yea i was in the process of rebuilding the frame on the passenger side n i obviously hadn't left it supported enough n last night about 4 o'clock i heard an almighty bang n crunch n went outside n the side had collapsed and the weight of the roof had made the whole side buckle and twist!

Thats bad :!: anyway to answer youre question about the back panel if you're not worried about "originality" then you can use a MK3 one (think that 4's and 5's are the same too) you will just have to alter (reduce the height) of the cut outs for the chassis as 4's and 5's have "taller" chassis rails :!: ive seen a Mk1 with a Mk3 panel for definate :!:

looking at the pics, if its as good underneath as it is up top then i think you'd get a grand for it maybe more (I'd pay that if i had room for it) :(
