I have no idea what the correct setting are but......
I set mine up with the rear of the rims 3mm further apart than the front of the rims, ive never had it checked professionally but it drives great, and its not scrubbing tyres like it was when i first got it, 7 years later and that original set up seems to be working well for me.
Im interested to hear if im running wildly out of tolerance at this?

BTW i set this up with bare rims, you cant really do it very accurately with tyres on but you could maybe do it off the disks?

I always set them up parallel, i.e no toe in or toe out, i'm lucky as i've access to a Tramel bar for setting them up though, I believe you can do it with driving over A4 paper or bits of string at a push

As dodgrover said, parallel is fine, i put the tow-in on to allow for worn link rod ends and king pins, parallel will see you out of trouble though :D
