As far as the manual goes they have 4.625:1, 5.143:1, 045.833:1 for the Mk1 Transits.

If you are interested in a highway diff I have one for sale - I think the ratio was 3.76:1 but I will check the number of teeth tomorrow to be sure.

This is for a twin wheel Transit but after I bought it I realised that my V4 just wouldn't have enough grunt on big hills with this ratio diff.

It uses Transit axles and hubs, but has a Falcon (X series I think) diff centre - it was professionally done and I think the remains of the maker's details are still on it.

Don't know where I got 3.76 from but the crown wheel has 36 teeth and the pinion has 9 making it a 4.0:1 ratio. :D

So just to get this right there is a 4.01 ratio crown wheel and pinion available as a bolt in conversion for the LWB axle? Is that correct?

Hi mate, I don't think so, must be my mistake, the only way is to find a converted diff like I have, where a different center has been spliced in, keeping the original axle tubes

Mk2 6 cylinder single wheel vans (Oz only) had Borg Warner 78 type diff fitted,(same as a Falcon) & you could get loads of ratios down as low as 2.7 for these.
