sell or swap for thames 400e pickup ???

hi guys sorry this is in the wrong section and not a transit but im in a bit of a jam and not sure what to do, i put my transit skip truck for sale on fleaceyabay and have been offered a swap for a 1960 thames 400e pickup, havnt seen it close up as only on pics he sent, i'm very tempted to go for it but were miles away from each other, the guy says its in daily use and good condition just the bottom of one door needs attention, any advice what to look for and if parts are available as ive searched the net and not much use

I'm pretty sure that guy was on a TV show with that van. He does house clearance that sort of thing doesn't he?

What's yer Transit worth?

Don't know what it's worth to be honest but would hope it's worth around 6-7k, built a few over the years and always seem to make good money this time of the year, always wanted something like an old thames, Bedford, mk1/2 transit, the only thing that worries me is not being able to get parts when they break down

It would have to be a really nice 400e to be worth that money. Some parts like steering and suspension, brakes etc are obtainable but forget any panels or glass
