Lower scuttle leak, how on earth do I seal it up???

I've stopped the windscreen leak but it's still leaking water through the lower corner section under the wing. I've sprayed a hose directly in here and it's p##sing in. (Pic attached) it looks like the seam sealer has cracked looking inside.

How on earth can I seal this up???

Don't worry, I squeezed the end of the caulking gun in both sides and filled it with PUL sealant
Also sealed it inside on the drivers side where it was leaking.

Fingers very crossed that's the leaks cured!
