Here's the 4x4 one. It was on here. And you told him to swap the phase 2 front (which spoiled the van imho)! Lol!

Nice mk1 mate.

This is my 1966 ex German fire van which I imported myself 4 years ago, its on 14,000 kilometres now. There's a few of them over here now. I've RHD converted mine.

Thanks Luke, bumpers painted silver. Will be working the old girl hard again tomorrow towing car transporter trailer behind it to collect another Anglia, lol. I quite often tow my 24ft twin axle caravan behind it too, mind I have got 2.9 efi cologne v6 in it. 8)

Nice vans!

With the RHD conversion, what did you do about the LHD wiper holes? Weld them up and paint? And did you have to drill holes in the right place for RHD wipers?

I have no plans to convert mine, but I've wondered what has been done?

Yes mate, I welded up and filled an painted the old LHD wiper holes and drilled the RHD wiper holes. Had to change the wiper motor for a RHD one too but used the LHD spindles and linkage reversed. Had to change the wiper arms themselves too for RHD ones. That was all a doddle compared to welding the dash board up on L/H side and replicating everything on R/H side of dash, lol!! Definitely worth it though, so much more enjoyable and nicer to drive than it was LHD. :)

I thought as much. Definitely keeping mine LHD!
Mind you being a mk2 mine would be easier to convert, but I like it as original as possible.
