Retro fitting rev counter to pinto

Postby jemski » Thu Nov 10, 2016 7:30 pm

I have a 1978 mk2 camper with no rev counter. I want to retro fit one but don't know if it needs to be a cable one or electrical one.

Does anyone have any info?

Electrical, it's usually triggered by one of the wires to the coil.
