funny, someone else asked weight and he answered 1330kg going by paperwork, still ok to put on my trailer, just hope he will save it for me, if not, plan B will have to go into effect

I want a swb, lwb vans are 2 a penny in europe, but swb are in short supply, think i found one now though, a rolling shell south of paris fr

If you are willing to cut up this much of the van why not buy a lwb and shorten it? Might be easier to find. Anyway like they said before anything that doesn't sell at normal price Will have alot of rust... but if been modified anyway I don't think you should care about it that much. Anyway if you have the skills you can build a chassis put a chopper up mk2 sell on it and modify it to receive the mk1 parts... anything is possible

if i used a LWB i would have to change the roof and shorten it, way way to much work, and don't think it would ever look right, i did get a mk1 but its a 1 owner from new 66, so its to good to cut up, selling it and putting the money into a later donor, looking to get the 2 for sale in ashford kent on ebay if i can sell the 66 quick enough
