Mk3 chassis cab rear window rubber seal

Postby caldwelld » Mon Jan 09, 2017 1:29 pm

Hi Folks, I asked this question on the mk3etc forum but got no reply. I am looking for a new rubber seal for the back of the chassis cab on a mk 3 1991 transit. The transit i am restoring is a 1977 mk1 chassis cab. It was originally a camper van, but the camper part was removed in 1996 and the back panel of a mk 3 was welded in to fill the gap after the camper part was removed from the mk1. I have the glass ok but someone damaged the rubber and i am looking for a replacement rubber. Can anyone suggest where i could get one. I have tried a ford dealer but they couldnt help. [Typical]
