Does anyone know the specs of mk1 73 aus 200 i6 alternator? ??? And of any bolt straight in upgrades??? Also modification upgrade for the alternator????

The original is probably a Bosch 40 amp, and there is an upgrade available, it is an 85 amp jobbie. Check the mounting bracket on yours, there were two types from memory:
