i need a bit of advice please.

I have a1971 Ford Transit Motorhome with the V4 2 litre engine.

I would like to replace the distributor with an electronic one. Are there any available and where would I purchase 1 from. I am in the UK

Which are the best spark plugs?

Is it beneficial and possible replace the frying pan air filter with a K&N type air filter?

Which oil filter do I need?

What Oil do I need?

Also which ignition coil?
