i like the Accuspark too, i have one on my V4.

but probably you must rotate the dizzy clockwise an extra 1/12 of a turn to get her to fire at the correct position, as the pickup magnets end up between the cam lobes, thus activating the spark at a different position than the points version.

Accuspark uses black and red straight across both coil terminals... thats it!
do away with the points ...
and black cap is fomoco (motorcraft)

Mine was a direct fit only fiddling was getting the grommet thru small gap in dizzy casing... nothing more! (obviously timing needs checking)
should be 35quid for the kit....... huge difference in overall performance!
2.9i 24v cosworth v6 LSD now fitted and quad pipes out back
