I saw this 'van' parked up and had to find out if it belongs to someone on here.

Unfortunately the owner wasn't around to get any info from.

Well there's a guy after my own heart - even has the mustang horses on the wings and f350 roof marker lights as indicators! 8)

And...Damn that's what I was gonna do with the bonnet lettering too... (Except I'II be using '66 stock mustang FORD letters, which pretty much are the same as MK1 transit FORD ones as it turns out!)

Apart from that looks like a spacewagon out of 'Thunderbirds'...some great ideas though and so much work must has gone into that...its on a K plate too! thanks for taking the pic! 8)
My Mk5 was biodegradable and disintegrated with time.
Ford. Committed to the Environment

Finally entered the 21st Century and bought a MK7. Oh Dear.

Think something is going on down here, as this van is parked with a 'camperised' lwb Merc Sprinter, and further down the road is a semi-modified mk5 lwb. This too has had a camper conversion...

I know this is an old post but I never thought ide see that transit again so I had to comment I knew the fella who built it he was a close family friend. . all the kids in the street watched as he built it we'd never seen anything like it he was a real craftsman and a good bloke but sadly no longer with us... good to see it again I think if my memory is correct it was a gold colour at the time
