superb weekend - loved all of it (well almost all of it)
big thanks to alann for doing 90% of the organising and letting me take credit for itthanks to tony and the maitland racing guys for organising all the racing - the eliminaters were brilliant this year - i think almost anyone from the 8 could have won it - in the end colin's LDV beat stus cossy mk6 even tho stu ran a quicker time colin got him off the line and he couldn't reel him in - i was routing for the transit
but credit where credit's due well done colin

my van (and stu's) ................i'll go into more detail in the progress threads but i genuinely think the track was slower than previous years, we had a headwind and no one actually posted their best time, but the mk6 cossy just didn't get the gains we hoped for - we were improving every run but didnt beat the time it ran in 2009 it needs more work done

my van ........... 2 seconds slower than when i had the 24v cossy innot ideal with it being the 1st time its ever got into 2nd gear but my gearbox mount came off in the 1st race
thanks to mobilevanman for sorting me some nuts
plenty of things to do at it tho but it would have been nice to at least beat the old cossy time
