pilot/flywheel spigot bearimg

Postby gotgcoalman » Mon Mar 27, 2017 10:13 pm

would i be right in assuming ............
pilot bearing is a 15/35/11mm for a Di flywheel?

I refuse to pay £20-£30 for a bearing which i can get for £3.52 delivered. (either SKF or NSK)

only changing it as a precaution.

gearbox oilseal and crank oilseal bought aswell.
One or both the seals are weeping so I might as well do the pair while the
box is out.

Not sure if it's crank or gear box.
Both needed a little top up and there's no definate smell to the nasty oily crap in the bell housing.

SO.......

do both deals and the pilot bearing.
check the clutch condition while i'm in there.
local motor factor has several branded clutch kits in stock so if thats a bit iffy i'll
put a new one in.

the joys of motoring
