Does anyone know what this wire is and where it should go ?

Hi Folks after leaving my van in storage for a few weeks, apparently the alarm went off due to flat battery. The helpful farmer then pulled random wires off under the bonnet , I've connected them back up but there is a red wire that I dont know where it goes can anyone help ? Here's a pic

That doesn’t look like factory wires to me,more like something to do with the camper end of it probably?
The red wire if I’m seeing it correctly has a inline fuse in it I think so if that’s the case it most likely should be connected to the positive battery terminal BUT DONT DO THAT UNTIL YOU HAVE TRACED IT AND SEE WHAT IT CONNECTS TO because it may have been disconnected for a reason and could cause you issues but the fuse should save anything serious happening.

Maybe the alarm is an aftermarket one, and that loom is the wiring to it

Thanks for the info, Ill try and trace it, disappears into a loom somewhere, the alarm is a sigma. I don't know it that's standard or not ? what worries me is the green one goes to the box with a fuse and relay that is to do with the isolator as i found out when i checked the fuse which was a bit corroded and set of the thing flashing code 3 2, after cleaning the terminals it resolved the problem but I don't want to upset it again ! lol . but i presume it must be +12 volt with that fuse, as long as it isn't connected to my temperamental Epic
